Emergency vet bill for Mocha in Glasgow
Mocha, Donna's dog, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $1,700.

Mocha is my dog of nine years. On 5 September we rushed to Glasgow Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,700.
They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $170 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Glasgow Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,700 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $700
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $480
• Medication and follow-up visits: $210
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $310
