Emergency vet bill for Mocha in Brest

Mocha is my rescue greyhound of six years. On 4 November we rushed to the Brest Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,700. They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond January. Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $260 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Brest Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $1,700 goes: • Emergency surgery: $950 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $460 • Medication and follow-up visits: $190 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $100 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Odette
