Emergency vet bill for Milo in Uppsala
A German shepherd named Milo needs orthopedic surgery - a $1,900 bill the family can't cover.

Milo is my German shepherd of two years. On 16 December we rushed to the Uppsala Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,900.
They have stabilized Milo, but the treatment can't wait beyond February.
Milo is more than a pet - Milo is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $240 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Uppsala Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Milo's recovery.
Where the $1,900 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $770
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $620
• Medication and follow-up visits: $200
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $310
