Emergency vet bill for Milo in Nakhon Ratchasima

Milo is my German shepherd of three years. On 23 May we rushed to the Nakhon Ratchasima Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $900.
They have stabilized Milo, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Milo is more than a pet - Milo got me through my hardest year. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Nakhon Ratchasima Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Milo's recovery.
Where the $900 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $550
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $185
• Medication and follow-up visits: $65
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $100
