Emergency vet bill for Max in Mumbai
Max, Mohit's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for a foreign object blocking the intestines costing $300.

Max is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 23 May we rushed to the Mumbai Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Max is more than a pet - Max is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Mumbai Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $300 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $175
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $70
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $25
