Max is my rescue greyhound of nine years. On 19 July we rushed to the Minneapolis Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $3,250. They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Max is more than a pet - Max got me through my hardest year. I have already put $155 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Minneapolis Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
