Emergency vet bill for Max in Comilla

Max is my German shepherd of six years. On 13 June we rushed to the Comilla Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Max is more than a pet - Max is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Comilla Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
