Emergency vet bill for Max in Arlington
Max, Annabelle's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for a broken leg after a road accident costing $2,300.

Max is my rabbit of thirteen years. On 19 May we rushed to Arlington Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $2,300.
They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Max is more than a pet - Max got me through my hardest year. I have already put $170 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Arlington Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Max's recovery.
Where the $2,300 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,500
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $350
• Medication and follow-up visits: $260
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $190
