Emergency vet bill for Max in Addis Ababa

Max is my senior cat of two years. On 15 July we rushed to Addis Ababa Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Max is more than a pet - Max walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $15 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Addis Ababa Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Max's recovery.
