Emergency vet bill for Maple in San Fernando
Maple, Nicole's tabby kitten, needs urgent treatment for kidney failure costing $350.

Maple is my tabby kitten of six years. On 2 March we rushed to the San Fernando Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $350.
They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond May.
Maple is more than a pet - Maple is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the San Fernando Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Maple's recovery.
Where the $350 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $40
• Emergency surgery: $200
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $110
