Maple, Divina's dog, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $300.

Maple is my dog of two years. On 13 November we rushed to Pasig Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond January.
Maple is more than a pet - Maple walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Pasig Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.

• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $120
