Emergency vet bill for Mango in Warsaw
A rabbit named Mango needs a hospital stay and surgery - a $850 bill the family cannot cover.
🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovia, Poland1,401 views
Mango is my rabbit of six years. On 21 September we rushed to Warsaw Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $850.
They have stabilized Mango, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Mango is more than a pet - Mango is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $100 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Warsaw Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $850 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $540
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $210
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $55
Thanks for being kind about this.
- Mariusz

Keep going. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from Johannesburg.
Take care, Mariusz. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Warsaw.
Hang in there, Mariusz. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor in Pretoria donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
Give Mango a hug from me. My husband and I read this together
