Emergency vet bill for Mango in Peshawar

Mango is my senior cat of two years. On 6 June we rushed to Peshawar Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $150. They have stabilized Mango, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Mango is more than a pet - Mango is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
