Emergency vet bill for Mango in Fort Worth

A rescue greyhound named Mango needs emergency surgery - a $800 bill the family can't cover.

Fort Worth
Mango is my rescue greyhound of three years. On 27 May we rushed to Fort Worth Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $800. They have stabilized Mango, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Mango is more than a pet - Mango got me through my hardest year. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Fort Worth Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Mango's recovery. Where the $800 goes: • Medication and follow-up visits: $175 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $290 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $335 Every share and every dollar helps.
