Emergency vet bill for Mango in Caloocan
A dog named Mango needs emergency surgery - a $400 bill the family can't cover.
🇵🇭 Philippines635 views
Mango is my dog of eleven years. On 13 September we rushed to the Caloocan Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $400.
They have stabilized Mango, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Mango is more than a pet - Mango walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Caloocan Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $400 goes:
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $60
• Emergency surgery: $290
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $50
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
