Emergency vet bill for Mango in Boston
Please help Daniel pay for Mango's emergency treatment at Boston Animal Hospital.
🇺🇸 Boston, Massachusetts, United States1,000 views
Mango is my dog of nine years. On 4 August we rushed to Boston Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,950.
They have stabilized Mango, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Mango is more than a pet - Mango walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $250 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Boston Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,950 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $800
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $450
• Medication and follow-up visits: $320
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $380
Thank you for reading my story.
