Emergency vet bill for Luna in Pasig

Luna is my tabby kitten of thirteen years. On 1 September we rushed to Pasig Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Luna, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Luna is more than a pet - Luna is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Pasig Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
