Emergency vet bill for Luna in La Plata
Luna, Ramón's dog, needs urgent treatment for a foreign object blocking the intestines costing $900.

Luna is my dog of thirteen years. On 18 June we rushed to La Plata Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $900.
They have stabilized Luna, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Luna is more than a pet - Luna walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to La Plata Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $900 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $590
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $145
• Medication and follow-up visits: $50
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $115
Thank you so much.

is there anything that isn't money that would help Ramón?
Thank you. If you're in La Plata I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Happy to explain more.
stay strong. I hope things turn around soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Hubballi
Thinking of you, Ramón. Your post was clear and honest. My neighbor in Hồ Chí Minh City donated after I showed her your page.
