Emergency vet bill for Luna in Ibadan
A rescue greyhound named Luna needs orthopedic surgery - a $150 bill the family can't cover.

Luna is my rescue greyhound of thirteen years. On 15 July we rushed to Ibadan Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $150.
They have stabilized Luna, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Luna is more than a pet - Luna is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Ibadan Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $150 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $105
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $15
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
