Emergency vet bill for Juno in Melbourne

Juno is my German shepherd of six years. On 12 August we rushed to Melbourne Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,500. They have stabilized Juno, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Juno is more than a pet - Juno got me through my hardest year. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Melbourne Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Juno's recovery. Where the $2,500 goes: • Emergency surgery: $1,600 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $410 • Medication and follow-up visits: $320 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $170 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
