Emergency vet bill for Juno in Kingston

Juno is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 22 June we rushed to Kingston Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $700.
They have stabilized Juno, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Juno is more than a pet - Juno got me through my hardest year. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Kingston Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $700 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $330
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $230
• Medication and follow-up visits: $65
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $75
