Emergency vet bill for Hazel in Jodhpur

A senior cat named Hazel needs emergency surgery - a $300 bill the family can't cover.

Hazel is my senior cat of eleven years. On 30 December we rushed to Jodhpur Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond April. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel got me through my hardest year. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Jodhpur Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Hazel's recovery. Where the $300 goes: • Emergency surgery: $165 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $65 • Medication and follow-up visits: $15 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $55 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

sending love, Sameer. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
