Emergency vet bill for Hazel in Jakarta

Hazel is my three-legged dog of two years. On 12 September we rushed to the Jakarta Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
