Emergency vet bill for Hazel in Calamba
A dog named Hazel needs orthopedic surgery - a $300 bill the family can't cover.
🇵🇭 Calamba, Laguna, Philippines568 views
Hazel is my dog of two years. On 5 June we rushed to Calamba Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel got me through my hardest year. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Calamba Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Hazel's recovery.
Where the $300 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $135
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $65
• Medication and follow-up visits: $40
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $60
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Best of luck. This could happen to any of us. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Calamba
