Emergency vet bill for Ginger in Siliguri
A three-legged dog named Ginger needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $400 bill the family can't cover.

Ginger is my three-legged dog of six years. On 9 November we rushed to Siliguri Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $400.
They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond January.
Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Siliguri Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $400 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $300
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $65
• Medication and follow-up visits: $25
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $10
I hope life is good to you.
