Emergency vet bill for Ginger in Mandaue
A rabbit named Ginger needs emergency surgery - a $450 bill the family can't cover.

Ginger is my rabbit of eleven years. On 13 December we rushed to the Mandaue Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond February.
Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Mandaue Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $340
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $70
• Medication and follow-up visits: $25
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $15
