Emergency vet bill for Ginger in Kharkiv

Ginger is my rescue greyhound of eleven years. On 4 December we rushed to Kharkiv Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $500. They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond February. Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Kharkiv Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Ginger's recovery.
