A three-legged dog named Ginger needs a hospital stay and surgery - a $300 bill the family can't cover.

Ginger is my three-legged dog of eleven years. On 2 May we rushed to Ikeja Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Ikeja Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.

• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $50
