Emergency vet bill for Finn in San Jose
A dog named Finn needs emergency surgery - a $2,050 bill the family can't cover.
🇺🇸 California, United States2,934 views
Finn is my dog of eleven years. On 20 August we rushed to San Jose Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $2,050.
They have stabilized Finn, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Finn is more than a pet - Finn walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $270 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to San Jose Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,050 goes:
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $670
• Medication and follow-up visits: $250
• Emergency surgery: $1,130
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

So sorry you're going through this, Todd. Hope the recovery goes smoothly.
Hope things get better soon. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean.
Thanks for sharing this. Poor Finn, hope they feel better soon. After 18 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything
Take care, Todd. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did.
Rooting for you, Todd. Give Finn a hug from me. Please keep us posted.
