Emergency vet bill for Finn in Belo Horizonte
Finn, André's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for kidney failure costing $950.

Finn is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 13 January we rushed to the Belo Horizonte Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $950.
They have stabilized Finn, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Finn is more than a pet - Finn got me through my hardest year. I have already put $75 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Belo Horizonte Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $950 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $620
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $210
• Medication and follow-up visits: $40
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $80
