Emergency vet bill for Daisy in Mumbai
Daisy, Pranav's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $400.

Daisy is my rescue greyhound of eleven years. On 11 April we rushed to Mumbai Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $400.
They have stabilized Daisy, but the treatment can't wait beyond June.
Daisy is more than a pet - Daisy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Mumbai Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $400 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $40
• Emergency surgery: $290
• Medication and follow-up visits: $70
