Emergency vet bill for Daisy in Manila

Daisy is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 16 August we rushed to Manila Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Daisy, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Daisy is more than a pet - Daisy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Manila Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $250 goes:
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $50
• Emergency surgery: $135
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $65
