Emergency vet bill for Coco in Pune

Coco is my three-legged dog of eleven years. On 7 September we rushed to Pune Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $400.
They have stabilized Coco, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Coco is more than a pet - Coco is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $15 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Pune Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Coco's recovery.
Where the $400 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $250
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $60
• Medication and follow-up visits: $20
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $70
