Emergency vet bill for Coco in Petrópolis
Coco, Cristiane's cat, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $450.

Coco is my cat of two years. On 27 March we rushed to Petrópolis Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Coco, but the treatment can't wait beyond June.
Coco is more than a pet - Coco is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $85 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Petrópolis Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Coco's recovery.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $200
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $100
• Medication and follow-up visits: $55
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $95
