Emergency vet bill for Coco in Mannheim

Coco is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 18 July we rushed to Mannheim Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,700. They have stabilized Coco, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Coco is more than a pet - Coco walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $280 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Mannheim Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
