Emergency vet bill for Buddy in Pune

Buddy is my German shepherd of three years. On 24 November we rushed to Pune Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $150. They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond March. Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Pune Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
