Lahore

Buddy is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 19 February we rushed to Lahore Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond April. Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Lahore Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals. Where the $250 goes: • Medication and follow-up visits: $25 • Emergency surgery: $180 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $45 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen. - Samina

Updates from Samina

Small update. $170 so far, I met with the vet clinic and confirmed the amounts.
Good news. Because of your gifts ($170 in total) the plan for medication and follow-up visits is now scheduled. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
Update from Lahore: we've started the first stage. We're at 28% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.
