Emergency vet bill for Buddy in Curitiba
Buddy, Lorena's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for a tumor on the spleen costing $700.

Buddy is my rabbit of two years. On 29 July we rushed to the Curitiba Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $700.
They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $70 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Curitiba Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $700 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $430
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $125
• Medication and follow-up visits: $110
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $35
