Emergency vet bill for Bruno in Winnipeg
A German shepherd named Bruno needs emergency surgery - a $1,150 bill the family can't cover.

Bruno is my German shepherd of two years. On 31 August we rushed to Winnipeg Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,150.
They have stabilized Bruno, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Bruno is more than a pet - Bruno got me through my hardest year. I have already put $155 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Winnipeg Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Bruno's recovery.

• Hospitalization (4 nights): $530
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $360
• Medication and follow-up visits: $260
