Emergency vet bill for Bruno in Mecca
A rabbit named Bruno needs a hospital stay and surgery - a $850 bill the family can't cover.

Bruno is my rabbit of six years. On 18 November we rushed to Mecca Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $850.
They have stabilized Bruno, but the treatment can't wait beyond January.
Bruno is more than a pet - Bruno walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Mecca Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $850 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $170
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $135
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $545

Sure. The biggest one is medication and follow-up visits, $170. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
