Emergency vet bill for Bruno in Colombo

Bruno is my senior cat of three years. On 28 August we rushed to the Colombo Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Bruno, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Bruno is more than a pet - Bruno is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Colombo Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
