Emergency vet bill for Biscuit in Tucson

Biscuit is my three-legged dog of two years. On 12 March we rushed to Tucson Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $800. They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $160 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
