Emergency vet bill for Biscuit in Adama

Biscuit is my three-legged dog of eleven years. On 13 April we rushed to Adama Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond June. Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
