Emergency vet bill for Archie in Parramatta
A tabby kitten named Archie needs emergency surgery - a $2,500 bill the family can't cover.

Archie is my tabby kitten of three years. On 4 July we rushed to Parramatta Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $2,500.
They have stabilized Archie, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Archie is more than a pet - Archie got me through my hardest year. I have already put $105 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Parramatta Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,500 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,800
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $320
• Medication and follow-up visits: $210
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $170
