Emergency vet bill for Archie in Islamabad

Archie is my dog of two years. On 14 August we rushed to the Islamabad Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Archie, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Archie is more than a pet - Archie got me through my hardest year. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to the Islamabad Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Archie's recovery.
