Emergency vet bill for Archie in Dasmariñas

Archie is my rabbit of eleven years. On 20 September we rushed to Dasmariñas Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $350.
They have stabilized Archie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Archie is more than a pet - Archie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Dasmariñas Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
