Electricity shut-off notice: help Víctor pay $300
Víctor is behind on electricity bills after a reduction in hours and needs $300 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $300. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Víctor's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

• Down payment on a payment plan: $35
