Electricity shut-off notice: help Ssebuliba pay $100
A disconnection notice for electricity arrived and Ssebuliba needs $100 before November.

The electricity account is 3 months behind. Ssebuliba received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Ssebuliba called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Ssebuliba is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Ssebuliba's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $100 goes:
• Utility arrears: $50
• Reconnection and late fees: $10
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
