Electricity shut-off notice: help Sophia pay $600
A disconnection notice for electricity arrived and Sophia needs $600 before February.

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $600. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $145 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Sophia's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $600 goes:
• Electricity arrears: $310
• Reconnection and late fees: $80
• Down payment on a payment plan: $210
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Sending love, Sophia. Gave what I could, wish it was more. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
