Electricity shut-off notice: help Shawn pay $850

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Shawn received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $850 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in June. Shawn called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $75 first, which isn't available. The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Shawn is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
